FAQ

1. HOW TO ORDER?

To place an order need only 3 steps:
1) fill out correctly the registration form located on the shop's website.
2) fill out the order form on the shop's website.
3) acceptance of the Terms Store.


2. WHAT ARE THE TYPES OF PAYMENT?

Available forms of payment:
1) online bank transfer to the account:

In the transfer type: Name and No. order.
2) PayPal - www.paypal.pl
3) Cash On Delivery, only after prior contact with the Seller: info@missspark.com.
This option does not apply to projects created specifically for size and individual needs.


3. WHAT IS THE TIME LIMIT FOR PAYMENT?

The customer has 5 days to complete the payment. In the case of non-payment within that period, it is considered that the customer has withdrawn from the sales contract and the product is issued again for sale.


4. WHAT IS THE TIME OF COMPLETION?

Making Procurement in the store it is possible 24 hours a day every day of the year. Telephone contact is possible on Business Days from 10:00 - 18:00 at tel. Mobile: 0048 518 811 279.
The term of the contracts is calculated from the payment accounting date for the product on the Seller's bank account when paying by bank transfer or credit card.
The term of the contract by the Seller is 7 days.
Usually, however, product is shipped the same business day or the day after the order.
In case of projects tailored and customized customer waiting time is approximately 14 working days from the payment accounting date for the product on the Seller's bank account when paying by bank transfer or credit card. Execution of orders will begin on the next business day immediately following the date on which payment for the Product has been posted and in case of necessity verification of orders - in the next following Business Day immediately following the day on which it has been verified.


5. WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS AND TIME OF DELIVERY?

SHIPPING COSTS:
Post Poland (REGISTERED PRIORITY confirmation slip): costs range from 10 PLN depending on the weight of the goods and are respectively charged by the store in the basket with the Order.
Courier: 20PLN regardless of weight and number of pieces.
TIME DELIVERY: Shipment will ship the same business day or the day after the order.
Courier is delivered in Business Days, essentially for hours. 17-th. In the case of not collecting the Client courier delivery within 24 hours after receipt of the notice by sending Store Product advised to contact the courier company to get the number of the courier and confirm the date of delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Most often we send foreign shipments via POLISH POST, because it is the cheapest solution.

6. RETURNS, EXCHANGE, COMPLAINTS
RETURNS
The customer may return product to the store within 14 days of receipt of shipment of the product ((Art. 7, paragraph. 1 of the Act).
Before shipping you should fill out the form to return the product to send in the mail: info@missspark.com with a note REFUND. The same form must print, fill out and attach to the package with the Product.
The product should be returned to the address: Smolensk 75/13 03 - 528 Warsaw, together with the sales document (bill).
Seller returns the money to the Client within 14 days of receipt by the customer.
Clothes made to order - tailor-made non-refundable. These projects are made to individual order and adjusted to the needs, preferences, colors, sizes and proportions authority person.

EXCHANGE
The customer with the consent of the Seller may replace the product with another, as long as the desire Sellers report (via e-mail to the following address: info@missspark.com) within 14 days from the day of delivery.
Settlement in case of replacement of the Product:
When replacing the Product, payment for the product the price will be offset against the newly ordered Product prices, a possible difference in price will then be paid by the client or returned by the Seller to the Client's bank account.
Before shipment to be completed FORM OF EXCHANGE send in the mail: info@missspark.com with a note REFUND. The same form must print, fill out and attach to the package with the Product.

COMPLAINT
The customer, on the basis of the laws referred to in Art. V, point 6 have the right to lodge a complaint, which will be dealt with within 14 days of its receipt to the store. The customer submitting a complaint is obliged to send product along with the duly completed claim form and proof of purchase to the address Store, specified in the Regulations.
Before shipping you must complete the online claim form in the mail to send PRODUCT: info@missspark.com with a note COMPLAINT. The same form must print, fill out and attach to the package with the Product.
[No grounds for complaint] Complaints about the difference in the appearance of products ordered from received that result solely from the difference in the parameter settings of your computer monitor client, in particular insignificant difference in colors and shades, do not constitute grounds for complaint Product. Complaints are not also mechanical damage (bruises, abrasions), discoloration, soaking Product. Returned products must be carefully packed and protected (best film bombelkową), so they are not damaged during transport. Seller always carefully packed and protects the products sent to the Client. Failure to comply with these requirements by the customer can lead to mechanical damage, cracks, fractures, bending, which as mentioned above also are not subject to the Complaint.
